We are currently looking for two experienced Business Analysts to join a long-term assignment within a leading international company operating in the insurance sector.
Job Description
As a Business Analyst, you will:
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements
- Translate business needs into functional specifications
- Act as the interface between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Support projects related to Life Insurance
- Ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle
Your game field:
✔ Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst
✔ Mandatory experience in Life Insurance
✔ Good knowledge of the Luxembourg insurance market
✔ Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
✔ Ability to work independently in an international environment
Profile
✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
✔ Relevant certifications (such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Agile, Scrum, or insurance-related certifications) are considered a strong asset.
✔ A continuous learning mindset and a willingness to stay up to date with industry trends and regulatory developments are highly appreciated.
✔ French: Professional proficiency (mandatory)
✔ English: Professional working proficiency (written and spoken)
Knowledge of any additional language is considered an asset.
