We support pharmaceutical, biotech, and medtech companies by providing high-level expertise in <strong>regulatory affairs, clinical development, data, quality, and pharmacovigilance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>To support one of our major partners in the <strong>in vitro diagnostics (IVD)<\/strong> sector, we are currently looking for a <strong>Regulatory Affairs Officer<\/strong> with proven experience in <strong>IVDR compliance<\/strong> and medical devices.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgba(65, 168, 95, 1)\"><strong>Your mission (should you decide to accept it):<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>As a <strong>Regulatory Affairs Officer<\/strong>, you will contribute to ensuring that the company\u2019s IVD products remain compliant with the evolving <strong>IVDR regulations<\/strong> and other applicable standards.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgba(65, 168, 95, 1)\"><strong>Your daily activities will be:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support regulatory activities related to <strong>CE marking under IVDR<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Prepare, review, and update <strong>technical documentation (TD)<\/strong> for IVD products in accordance with IVDR Annex II &#038; III<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance of labeling, Instructions for Use (IFU), and claims with IVDR and applicable national regulations<\/li>\n<li>Participate in gap assessments, risk management documentation, and post-market surveillance strategies<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to interactions with notified bodies or regulatory authorities as needed<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, R&#038;D, Clinical, and Marketing teams\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgba(65, 168, 95, 1)\"><strong>You:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Higher education in <strong>Life Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, or related field.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>2\u20135 years<\/strong> of experience in <strong>regulatory affairs for medical devices or IVDs.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of <strong>EU Regulation 2017\/746 (IVDR)<\/strong> and related guidance.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with <strong>technical documentation<\/strong>, CE marking, and notified body submissions.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of <strong>ISO 13485<\/strong>, <strong>risk management (ISO 14971)<\/strong>, and post-market requirements.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong writing and communication skills in English.<\/li>\n<li>French is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We base our relationships on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Respect for employees and clients, and their aspirations,<\/li>\n<li>Personalized support for employees and clients,<\/li>\n<li>Regular career management,<\/li>\n<li>Transparent communication,<\/li>\n<li>Constant responsiveness, availability, and attentiveness.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Astek<\/p>\n<p><strong>Founded in France in 1988, Astek is a global player in engineering and technology consulting, present on five continents.
