💼 The daily work of a Business Manager involves :

• Identifying the technological challenges of their sector of interest
• Understanding the global challenges of your customers and prospects, detecting their needs and developing services that meet them in a relevant way
• Creating a privileged relationship with your clients
• Recruit and manage your team of talented consultants
• Oversee the deployment of complex technical projects
• Manage your profit base, ensure its profitability and define new tools to ensure growth

🏃 Your qualifications?

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a business school diploma and you are willing to play a commercial, managerial and technical role
• You already have a first vision of the business, and/or an entrepreneurial spirit (creation of a company, etc.)
• You are already familiar with the IT or engineering sector, enabling you to assimilate and respond in a relevant way to the expectations of professionals in the sector
• You are a language enthusiast with a high level of Spanish and English (C1), you are able to work in an international environment
